How soon do I need to book?
The sooner the better to insure your linens and other products for you event.
What if I need to cancel?
There is no refund on the deposit however, if the client cancels the deposit amount can be applied to another event.
How much is the initial deposit? Or When is my full balance due?
The initial deposit is 50% and your full balance will be due 14 days prior to the day of the event.
When do I pick up and drop off?
You will pick up the day before your event and drop off the day after your event. If a particular date was scheduled in the contract, then the drop off will be on the discussed date.
